Aloe, Chamomile, Marigold are the three most important herbs for hair loss. One tablespoon powder, each of Aloe, Chamomile, Marigold is taken and soaked in water for about an hour, and then applied on hair. It helps to regain the lost shine and luster of hair and also helps to prevent hair loss to a larger extent.
Many a times, hair loss takes place, coz we have dry hair, our hair is very dry. In such a condition if we oil our hair with pure coconut or almond oil, then your gets the required proteins which helps to reduce the excessive dryness of the hair and thus checks hair fall. These are few more herbs for hair loss available.
If you have dandruff, it might me one of the reasons for your hair loss. In such a case, taking care of the dandruff helps in reducing the hair fall.
Conditioning your hair on a regular intervals also helps reduce hair fall problem. Chamomile is a natural conditioner available in the market. Just take some quantity of Chamomile powder and mix it with some quantity of curd, and keep the mixture for about 2-3 hours. Then apply this mixture on your hair, keep it for 2-3 hours and wash off with plain water first and then shampoo. It conditions your hair naturally and helps reduce hair loss.
Southernwood, Rosemary, Arnica, Horsetail, Burdock, Parsley, Birch, Nettles, Catmint, Licorice, Sage, Stinging nettle are some more of the herbs for hair loss. Horsetail is a good source of silica which helps to keep hair strong. Aloe, nettles etc helps to increase blood circulation and also to keep blood clean.
We should even maintain a proper and a healthy diet, as malnutrition also leads to hair loss.

If we maintain a good and healthy diet and keep our body fit, we can easily avoid the problem of hair falling.
